The successful candidate will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, resolving customer complaints, and providing product information.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:
Answers phone on a (5) multi-line phone system Answers questions from customers or individuals or directs them to the person that can assist them.
Schedules appointment with customer Create work orders Informs customer of prices, anticipated delays, projected completion date and any additional information needed by customer Edit order received as needed Route jobs for the drivers and provides directions to job locations Enter daily schedule and accompanying details into company scheduler Troubleshoot problems with the schedule and customer complaints Maintain daily communication with the drivers Data entry as needed Process mail Accounts receivable Process a high volume of marketing materials Follows up on orders to ensure service by specified dates Perform other duties as assigned File completed worker orders Prepare invoices Compiles statistics and prepares various reports for management Maintains customer name and address database Job Types:
